The SDQCR/L Boring Bar 107.5° cutting edge angle (KAPR) features a durable steel body with (A) and without (S) through-coolant holes, designed for enhanced performance. It utilizes Swiss Torx screws to securely lock standard DCMT ISO positive inserts. The alpha-coated, heat-treated surface provides a lifespan up to five times longer than conventional boring bars. Note: The internal machining length is limited to a maximum of 3x the diameter (3 × D).
